📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and guest services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a budget hotel setting.
• Proven track record in managing daily hotel operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of hotel management software, such as PMS (Property Management System).
• Understanding of local regulations and industry standards.
