📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create visually appealing and on-brand graphics, including logos, banners, infographics, and social media posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all digital and print materials.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and email newsletters.
• Design and optimize digital assets such as website banners, landing pages, and social media graphics for various platforms.
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and are optimized for different devices and screen sizes.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and industry best practices to continuously improve our visual content.
• Provide creative input and ideas for marketing campaigns and product launches.
• Manage and organize design files and assets using version control systems like Git or Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a portfolio showcasing your work in digital and print design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with digital marketing trends and tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
