• Prepare and bake authentic wood-fired pizzas using traditional recipes and techniques.
• Source and select the finest ingredients to ensure the highest quality of pizza.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety.
• Create and present visually appealing pizzas that reflect our restaurant’s iconic style.
• Assist in menu development and seasonal specials to keep our offerings fresh and exciting.
• Train and mentor junior staff to uphold our high standards of culinary excellence.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in pizza making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pizza Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong knowledge of wood-fired pizza techniques and traditional recipes.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., ServSafe, HACCP) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Passionate about culinary arts and committed to continuous learning.
• Familiarity with using kitchen software and tools such as POS systems, inventory management software, and kitchen display systems.
