📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments, including facials, peels, laser therapies, and injectables.
• Maintain strict hygiene and sterilization protocols to ensure client safety.
• Consult with clients to understand their aesthetic goals and recommend appropriate treatments.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest aesthetic techniques and products through continuous education.
• Manage client schedules and ensure efficient clinic operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to achieve high standards of client satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinic services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Aesthetic Nurse in a reputable clinic.
• Certification in aesthetic nursing from a recognized institution.
• Proficiency in using aesthetic equipment such as Dermaroller, RF Microneedling, Laser Hair Removal, and IPL.
• Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and aesthetic treatments.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Familiarity with clinic management software such as ClinicSoft, Practice Fusion, or EMR.
• Passionate about beauty and committed to delivering high-quality aesthetic care.
