📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing communication strategies to promote our travel services and attract new customers.
• Create and manage social media content for our channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals and multimedia content for our campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and offers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing communications.
• Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, events, and other promotional activities.
• Ensure all marketing materials comply with brand guidelines and quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the travel industry.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva is a plus.
