📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze manufacturing processes using data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement Lean methodologies, such as 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping, to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP to analyze data and create reports.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on Lean principles and best practices.
• Monitor and measure the impact of implemented improvements to ensure continuous progress.
• Work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Lean Manufacturing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing or a similar role.
• Proven experience with data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing (e.g., Lean Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing Certification) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
