Legal & Industrial Relations Officer

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and resolve labor disputes and grievances in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Labor Act, Occupational Safety and Health Act, and other relevant legislation.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards in the workplace.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance workplace safety and industrial relations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all industrial relations and legal matters.
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on the status of ongoing industrial issues.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote a positive and productive work environment.
• Represent the company in negotiations with labor unions and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial relations and labor law.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle PeopleSoft.
• Certification in labor law or industrial relations is a plus.
