📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in nickel mining and processing, with a proven track record in asset management.
• Strong understanding of mining regulations, safety protocols, and environmental management practices.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and drive operational improvements.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related management methodology is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
