📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the outpatient pharmacy, ensuring efficient and accurate medication dispensing.
• Manage a team of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Implement and maintain strict inventory management systems to ensure adequate stock levels and cost-effective operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines, including those set by the Indonesian Pharmaceutical Association (IKA) and the Ministry of Health.
• Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure the safety and efficacy of medications.
• Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate prescription and dispensing of medications.
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the pharmacy team.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to drive excellence in pharmacy practice.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a pharmacy setting.
• Certification as a Registered Pharmacist (Apoteker) from the Indonesian Pharmaceutical Association (IKA).
• Proven experience in managing pharmacy operations, including inventory management and quality control.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and guidelines relevant to pharmacy practice in Indonesia.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in using pharmacy management software, such as Medis, Phoenix, or similar systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
