📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and manage flight schedules, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
• Coordinate with pilots, dispatchers, and maintenance personnel to ensure seamless ground operations.
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and safety standards.
• Monitor and report on flight operations data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and protocols.
• Provide support to the flight crew during pre-flight and post-flight inspections.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to maintain high safety standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of flight operations and related documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation, Aeronautical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in flight operations, preferably in a similar role.
• Knowledge of aviation regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with flight operations software such as Jeppesen, Navigraph, or similar.
• Valid pilot license or equivalent certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
