📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the jewelry department, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Manage a team of 5-7 sales associates, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and team goals.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels using the POS system, ensuring accurate stock counts and timely restocking.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized jewelry display, ensuring all items are priced correctly and presented attractively.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to improve sales performance.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the store manager to implement store-wide initiatives and promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods sector.
• Proven track record of leading teams to achieve sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and POS systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with retail software and systems, such as SAP or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Certification in retail management or leadership is a plus.
