🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in supervising molding processes.
- Strong knowledge of molding techniques and equipment.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
