📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Develop and manage budgets, ensuring they align with company goals and financial projections.
• Conduct financial audits and reviews to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Coordinate with the management team to implement financial strategies that support business growth.
• Manage payroll and ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with tax laws.
• Provide financial advice and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
• Stay updated with the latest accounting trends and best practices to continuously improve financial processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a hospitality or similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
