🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and recruitment.
• Proven experience in conducting candidate assessments and providing recommendations to hiring managers.
• Strong knowledge of HR software such as Workday, BambooHR, or Greenhouse.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
