🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in Cantonese, both written and spoken
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in an international setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field (preferred but not required)
