📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage all aspects of production operations, including quality control, process improvement, and equipment maintenance.
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing strategies that align with company goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards, implementing measures to maintain a safe and efficient workplace.
• Lead process improvements and implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance operational efficiency.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of production processes, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Work with the engineering team to implement new technologies and equipment to improve production capabilities.
• Develop and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the manufacturing industry, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard software such as SAP, ERP systems, and production planning tools.
• Certification in Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems is a plus.
