📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the aesthetic clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage and mentor a team of aestheticians, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients, increasing the clinic's revenue.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry standards.
• Maintain inventory levels and manage supplier relationships to ensure the clinic has the necessary products and equipment.
• Develop and implement training programs for the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the aesthetic industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving operational excellence.
• Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments, products, and industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using clinic management software such as Practice Fusion, EMR, or similar systems.
• Valid certification in CPR and first aid.
