AAC Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Management Engineer to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and delivering complex semiconductor and wafer testing projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, scientists, and manufacturing personnel, to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and deliver complex semiconductor and wafer testing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, scientists, and manufacturing personnel.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Mentor and develop junior project management engineers.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the semiconductor or wafer testing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
  • Experience with semiconductor and wafer testing processes and equipment.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel.
