📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments.,Coordinate the work of nursing assistants and other healthcare providers.,Assist in the development and implementation of nursing policies and procedures.,Educate patients and their families about their health conditions and treatment plans.,Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the nursing unit.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Promote a safe and comfortable environment for patients and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical or hospital setting.,Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Indonesia.,Strong knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.,Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
