📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee tenancy agreements, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.,Coordinate with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or disputes.,Maintain accurate records of all tenancy agreements and property-related documents.,Perform regular property inspections to ensure the property is well-maintained and in compliance with safety standards.,Oversee the collection of rent and other fees, ensuring timely payments and following up on any overdue amounts.,Liaise with maintenance and repair services to address any property issues promptly.,Provide excellent customer service to tenants and property owners, addressing their concerns and needs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in property management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in a high-end or luxury property setting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian property laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with property management software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
