Bright Market Indonesia is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Counter to join our team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing sales transactions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.,Manage sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Stock and organize merchandise on the sales floor.,Assist customers with product information and recommendations.,Handle cash and credit card transactions securely.,Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area.,Promote sales and special offers to customers.,Report any issues or concerns to the store manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Basic computer skills, including point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.
