📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to maintain high standards.,Monitor inventory levels and ordering to minimize waste and ensure food quality.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of managing staff and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian culinary practices and trends.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
