📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service,Manage and train restaurant staff to deliver excellent customer service,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Control and monitor restaurant finances, including budgeting and cost control,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers,Collaborate with the dental clinic team to ensure a seamless customer experience,Monitor and evaluate restaurant performance to identify areas for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards,Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and software,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is a plus
