Base Quick Berjaya is seeking a dedicated Production Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining efficient operations. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and manage the production process to ensure timely completion of tasks.,Inspect products for quality control and address any defects or issues.,Maintain accurate records of production data and inventory levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.,Collaborate with the sales team to meet customer orders and deadlines.,Implement and maintain safety protocols in the production area.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.,Assist in training new employees on production processes and quality standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing role.,Proven track record of maintaining high-quality standards in production.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and quality control processes.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with remote work and collaboration tools is a plus.,Willingness to travel to the office for meetings and training as needed.
