Duta Budi Auto Service is looking for a dedicated Operations Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our auto service center. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for providing excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the auto service center, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and coordinate with service technicians, parts suppliers, and other stakeholders.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for necessary parts and supplies.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.,Prepare and maintain operational reports and records.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Assist in the planning and execution of special projects or promotions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Must be able to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
