Up Root Abadi is seeking a passionate and dedicated Learning Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge, ultimately driving the company's success. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee performance and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and design appropriate solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with business objectives.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Manage and mentor junior learning and development staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong knowledge of training and development methodologies and strategies.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
