📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including coordinating with vendors, catering, and event venues.,Ensure that all events are executed according to the client's specifications and within the agreed budget.,Manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service.,Maintain excellent communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is guaranteed.,Handle logistics and coordination for event setup, including decorations, seating arrangements, and equipment.,Oversee the preparation and service of food and beverages during the event.,Monitor and report on event performance, providing feedback to improve future events.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for all events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet or event management.,Proven track record of successfully managing and executing banquet events.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of event planning software and tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to event management.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
