As a Junior Head Chef at Food Cloud Mandiri, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our kitchen operations, ensuring that our food is prepared to the highest standards. You will work closely with our executive chefs and culinary team to develop and implement new menu items, maintain food safety and quality standards, and train and mentor junior chefs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Develop and implement new menu items in collaboration with executive chefs.
  • Maintain food safety and quality standards in accordance with company policies and regulations.
  • Train and mentor junior chefs to ensure consistent quality and adherence to company standards.
  • Manage inventory and ensure proper stock control.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of cost control measures.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen team.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing kitchen operations and ensuring food safety and quality.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with local and international cuisine.
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of chefs.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
