📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks.,Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT infrastructure and systems.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Ensure the security and integrity of the company's IT systems and data.,Assist in the development and maintenance of IT policies and procedures.,Support the IT department in various projects and initiatives.,Provide training and support to other staff members on IT-related topics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.,Familiarity with network infrastructure and security best practices.,Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.,Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ is a plus.
