📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of success in managing and growing a business.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.,Experience in managing human resources, including recruitment, training, and employee development.,Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
