📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for banking products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and clarity of technical content.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure they meet quality standards.,Assist in the development of user guides, manuals, and other technical materials.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide training and support to team members on technical writing best practices.,Contribute to the improvement of technical writing processes and tools.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the finance or banking industry.,Strong understanding of banking products, services, and processes.,Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
