📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound telesales calls to promote and sell our products/services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.,Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth operations and team success.,Update and maintain accurate sales records and reports.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid SIM card and reliable transportation.
