📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow,Oversee inventory management and stock control,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods,Train and develop store staff to improve performance and customer service,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively,Assist in the development and implementation of store marketing plans,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role,Strong leadership and management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other retail management software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with retail industry trends and best practices,Knowledge of Indonesian retail laws and regulations
