📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of learning and development programs.,Support the Learning and Development Manager in organizing training sessions and workshops.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.,Coordinate with trainers and facilitators to ensure the quality of training programs.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Assist in the evaluation of training programs to measure their effectiveness.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development department.,Assist in the development of training materials and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Fluent in Indonesian and English is a plus.
