Southern Arms Corporation is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to join our team in Bali. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees and assets across multiple locations in Bali. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the daily security operations and maintaining a safe and secure environment for employees and visitors.,Conducting regular security patrols and inspections to prevent and detect any potential security threats.,Managing and supervising security personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.,Implementing and enforcing security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.,Responding to security incidents and emergencies, and coordinating with relevant authorities as needed.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date security records and reports.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure the overall security and safety of the organization.,Providing security training and awareness programs for employees and visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in security supervision or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and make quick decisions.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid security supervisor certification or equivalent.,Clean criminal record and background check.
