The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and supervise the staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.,Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved satisfactorily.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of ingredients.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant operations management.,Proven track record of managing a team and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.,Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and culinary practices.
