📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Perform internal audits of financial and operational processes to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and assess risks and recommend corrective actions to mitigate them.
  • Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting findings and recommendations.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of internal control systems.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to raise awareness about internal controls and compliance.
  • Collaborate with various departments to gather information and evidence for audits.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance audit processes.
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
  • Familiarity with audit software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
