📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement daily, weekly, and seasonal menus that meet the standards of quality, cost, and service.,Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and purchasing of food ingredients to ensure optimal kitchen operations.,Oversee the preparation of food in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner.,Ensure that all food is prepared according to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Ensure that all kitchen staff are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international culinary trends and techniques.,Ability to work well in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
