📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in good condition and ready for use.,Coordinate with drivers and other team members to ensure efficient and safe transportation of goods.,Monitor fuel consumption and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure cost efficiency.,Handle fleet documentation, including vehicle registration, insurance, and driver licenses.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify any potential issues and address them promptly.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet policies and procedures.,Provide support to the Fleet Manager in strategic planning and decision-making.,Maintain a high level of communication with drivers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
