📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Oversee inventory control and stock management to maintain optimal product availability.,Coordinate with sales teams to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Train and mentor junior staff to enhance their performance and skills.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.,Participate in store improvement initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using retail management software and tools.,Knowledge of retail operations, sales, and customer service.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
